WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?
Kinesiology restores the body to its natural state of equilibrium. It is based on the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to heal itself.
MUSCLE TESTING
Kinesiology uses muscle feedback to look at at what may be causing imbalances in the body and aims to relieve these stresses.
Stress can be mental, emotional, physical, biochemical or environmental which cause emotional and energetic blockages that can manifest as physical or psychological pain over time.
Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to access information stored in the subconscious mind in order to find the most appropriate correction.

BACKGROUND
I am from Wellington, New Zealand and went to Otago University where I studied a Bachelor of Commerce. My husband and I moved to Australia in 2000 where we have raised our three children who are now in their late teens.
I was drawn to kinesiology as a way to help our children navigate their way through their teenage years. Our journey in turn helped me to clear and heal many of my own emotional blocks and stresses from my past experiences and relationships.
I love working with people of all ages and I am constantly astounded by the power of kinesiology.
